Someone’s drinking the Kardashian haterade — and it’s all because of Kim’s new app.
Author Ayelet Waldman took to social media to express her frustration over the game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, telling her followers her 11-year-old son spent $120 playing it — unbeknownst to him.
“WARNING parents. The Kardashian Hollywood game somehow bypassed our parental in-app purchase controls. Our poor 11 year old spent $120 in 2 days. He’s crying hysterically. He can’t believe he lost so much money,” she writes in one Facebook post.
And then, she unleashes.
“A pox on those vile scumbag Kardashian pigs and their app designers,” she adds.
Her rant doesn’t stop there. In fact, she takes the opportunity to claim the game — which is free to download, but users can purchase virtual clothes, jewelry, and hairstyles to boost their "status" — is “designed to prey on children.”
“Check your children's phones. This game is designed to prey on children. It's pure evil. And please please SHARE THIS POST FAR AND WIDE.”
But why stop at Facebook when you have Twitter?
Don’t worry, folks. She says Apple refunded the purchases, so all is good in the world again.
Man, I love Apple. They are refunding our purchases. And we've deleted all credit card info. Parents, check your kids phones!— Ayelet Waldman (@ayeletw) August 4, 2014

As for her son, he’s totally over the Kardashians and their “evil” ways.
In case you’re not familiar with Ayelet’s name, she wrote an essay published by The New York Times in 2005, in which she proclaims, “I love my husband more than I love my children.” Needless to say, many mothers slammed her for making such a statement.
We’re sure those mothers absolutely adore the Kardashians right about now.
