<p><span></span>Although <a href="http://dynamic.bauerpublishing.com/mt-search.fcgi?blog_id=2&tag=bethenny frankel&limit=20&IncludeBlogs=2"><strong>Bethenny Frankel</strong></a> went on <em>Today</em> this morning to promote the second season of her hit reality show, <em>Bethenny Ever After</em>, it was her tearful revelation that really shocked those watching.</p>
"We were pregnant with a second baby, and at eight weeks I miscarried," Bethenny confided on the show. "That was a very emotional experience, and it had a lot of different things that came with it."
Bethenny was visibly choked up as she expressed the emotions she went, through, even stating it was very recent and will not be covered on her series.
"Until you become a woman, you don't know the things that come with being a woman," she said. "I'm 41. I don't know. It's not really my choice. It's not my option. The window is closing. So it's something I'm dealing with."
As for trying again, the reality star isn't sure whether it's something that will happen for her.
"I'm not really thinking about it," she said. "I don't know what I feel that my options are. I do have an incredible daughter; I feel like she's perfect."
The creator of Skinnygirl healthy-lifestyle products admits in this particular case, however, that she's thinking more about other women than about her herself.
"...[T]he first thing I thought about was Oh my God, I can't believe what other people must go through if they can't even have the one," she explained.
With her miscarriage, Bethenny also explained a million different thoughts ran through her head.
"There are so many emotional things that come with it that it's hard to really put into a small conversation," she said. "You go through a roller coaster of emotions. About your age, about being a woman, about can you have another baby, are you a failure to your partner, about what if my husband married someone younger -- you go through a million different things."
But she and her husband, Jason Hoppy, feel lucky for having their 21-month-old daughter Bryn.
"I have the most beautiful daughter in the world," Bethenny said, "and I'm grateful for her."
