As any true fashionista knows, the September issue of Vogue is the publication's biggest and most popular — and only the HOTTEST celebs have a shot at scoring the cover.
This year, the honor goes to Beyoncé, because ... well ... of course! After all, her nickname isn't Queen B for nothing!

On the cover, shot by legendary photographer Mario Testino, the 33-year-old looks super sultry in a body-hugging lace dress with floral appliqués. And an image of the superstar wouldn't be complete without her signature stare (which always screams FIERCE!)
The title appropriately reads, "Beyoncé and the Art of Global Domination," because it's safe to say that anyone who's worth $450 million is successfully conquering the world.

This is the brunette beauty's third time on the cover of the fashion Bible, appearing both in April 2009 and March 2013. She's also only the third black woman to appear on the September issue, following in the footsteps of Naomi Campbell and Halle Berry.
