The same night Kanye West and Taylor Swift appeared to make amends over their disastrous VMAs run-in six years ago, the rapper was back to his old ways...crashing Beck's win for Album of the Year at the Grammys.
Beyoncé and Jay Z's horrified faces say it all — with Bey yelling, "No, Kanye, no!" — but the artist let Beck finish his speech, a courtesy he did not bestow on Taylor back in 2009.
The power duo laughed off the interruption, probably because they assumed the 37-year-old was just messing with us. But yeah...that wasn't the case.
While talking with sister-in-law Khloé Kardashian during E!'s post-Grammys special, the 'Bound 2' singer explained that rushing the stage was no joke.

“I just know that the Grammys, if they want real artists to keep coming back, they need to stop playing with us. We ain’t gonna play with them no more," he said.
"Beck needs to respect artistry and he should have given his award to Beyoncé...Y’all know what it meant when ‘Ye walked on the stage.”
We also know how annoying it is when an artist speaks in the third person.
For what it's worth, Beck actually agrees with him. "I was just so excited he was coming up. He deserves to be on stage as much as anybody," the 44-year-old said in reaction to Kanye's stunt.
"You can't please everybody, man," he continued. "I still love him and think he's genius. I aspire to do what he does."
So did Beck expect Bey to pull out a win? "Absolutely," he told 'Us Weekly'. "I thought she was going to win. Come on, she's Beyoncé!"
Way to take the high road, man!
