Breakup, schmeakup!Miley Cyrus doesn't seem to be too bent out of shape after splitting with her fiance of 15 months, Liam Hemsworth, in September -- or so her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, claims."All I know for sure is I heard my daughter say today she's the happiest she's ever been in her life immediately following [the breakup]," Billy Ray tells Entertainment Tonight. "That's when I saw Miley being so happy."
