Bobbi Kristina Brown's tragic death on Sunday, July 26 — after nearly six months spent in a coma — is now being treated as a homicide investigation, according to a new report.
TMZ alleges that police have always suspected foul play and that the 22-year-old's partner, Nick Gordon, is still considered a person of interest.
At the time Krissy (a family nickname) was discovered facedown in her bathtub, law enforcement sources reported finding suspicious injuries on her body, the nature of which were never disclosed.

One day after her passing, Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown, released a statement thanking fans for their support. "Krissy fought to get well for months, however she has succumb to her injuries," the 46-year-old said via his lawyer.
“Krissy was and is an angel. I am completely numb at this time. My family must find a way to live with her in spirit and honor her memory. Our loss is unimaginable. We thank everyone for the prayers for Krissy and our family as we mourn my baby girl.”

As for Nick, sources tell People that he's "very upset" over what has happened. Adds a Hollywood Life source, "Nick is on suicide watch. He keeps saying that if only [Bobbi Kristina] had heard his voice, things would have been different. She may have lived."
