When nine-year-old Keaton Hamin saw seven-year-old cancer patient Alyx Delaloye during a Winnipeg Jets game, he didn't think twice before giving her the signed hockey stick he had just won!

Delaloye, who suffers from leukemia, had rushed to see the prize up close, but as she returned to her seat, Hamin followed her and handed over the memento.
"Right away I knew I had to give it to Alex," Hamin shared. "I felt bad for her that she had cancer and I wanted to give her a little support."

The kind gesture was caught on the Jumbotron, and both Hamin and Delaloye were invited to attend another game. Hamin was also awarded another signed hockey stick as a thanks for giving his original one up.
