Poor Q!

The Impractical Jokers star — real name Brian Quinn — caused quite the uproar on Twitter on Sunday, April 16, when he revealed that he is sporting a brand new look. In a recent tweet, the 41-year-old, who’s known for his amazing head of hair, revealed to fans that he shaved his head.

“Taking the stage in Nashville on Wednesday is gonna be interesting,” he wrote alongside a teaser photo of his new haircut.

“I can confirm Q’s head is shaved and you will see pics of it online Wednesday no doubt since we have a live show in Nashville that night as part of the Wild West Comedy Festival,” co-star Joe Gatto told Life & Style exclusively, but wouldn’t confirm exactly why he’s rocking the new look.

While we’re sure Q looks adorable with his new haircut, given the history of the Impractical Jokers cast, it’s hard to believe this head-shaving was done voluntarily. On the truTV show, Q and Joe — along with Sal Vulcano and James “Murr” Murray — challenge each other to embarrassing dares, followed by brutal punishments for each episode’s “loser.” Previous punishments have included cringe-worthy tattoos and eyebrow shaving.

Naturally, fans weren’t too happy when they heard the news about Q’s hair. “HE GOT RID OF HIS LONG HAIR OH MY GOD ???” one user replied. “Are you trying to break Twitter?” another fan asked.

We clearly have to wait to see the full photo of Brian’s hair — or lack thereof — but one Twitter user shared a throwback photo of the comedian, which gives us a little glimpse into what we can expect.
