After an engagement lasting more than two years, Kilee Manulak had thought she’d found the perfect man and the perfect wedding dress and was ready to walk down the aisle.

But the week of her wedding, she received a text message that changed her life: the groom called off the whole thing!

But instead of sulking, like most women would (and have every right to do), the jilted bride decided to destroy her dress during Tampa’s Color Fun Fest on Nov. 15.

Joined by her five bridesmaids, the ladies spent the day throwing neon-colored cornstarch on their dresses, throughly ruining them — but having a blast while doing it!

“It was actually very liberating,” Manulak says of the experience. “I don’t want a pity party. I just want to have fun with it.”

As for her ex, “I definitely want to tell him thank you for sparing me heartaches down the road, and thank you for letting me go so I can find true happiness,” she tells WFLA.
