Britney Spears Is Fighting for Full Custody of Her Sons (EXCLUSIVE)
Family comes first for Britney Spears!
After taking her two sons to Hawaii for a weeklong vacation this April, Britney decided she wants full custody of Sean, 11, and Jayden, 10, for the summer, Life & Style has learned.

“Britney always dreamed of the day she would get her kids back, and finally she’s taking a step in that direction,” a source exclusively tells Life & Style. “She’s told her family she wants the boys home with her for the summer, while they’re off from school. She wants to bring them with her wherever she goes.”
“She has been doing really well, and everyone in her family is proud of her,” the source adds.
Britney’s ex-husband, Kevin Federline, 39, isn’t happy about the thought of a summer without his boys, the source says, adding, “Britney has always been a weekend mom, so this would be a major change for him.”

But Britney, 35, feels she’s ready for the change. She and boyfriend Sam Asghari, 23, are in a healthy relationship and she’s in a good place emotionally right now and he “fully supports her having the kids for the summer.”
"This is a great step toward them starting their own family," the source said.
