This week, Dick's Sporting Goods made headlines after publicly announcing their support of "common sense gun reform" in light of the tragic Parkland school shooting. The retailer will no longer sell assault-rifles in their stores or sell firearms to customers under the age of 21. The Good Place actress Kristen Bell took to Instagram on Feb. 28 to voice her support of the company's announcement. Unfortunately, fellow celeb and Fuller House star Candace Cameron Bure shaded the actress over her Instagram caption's wording. Watch the video above to see why Candace criticized Kristen's recent comments!

Kristen's post has already racked up over 280,000 likes and over 7,000 comments. Candace — who commented shortly after the Instagram was posted — has over 7,500 likes herself. Fellow celebrities including Riverdale star Lili Reinhart, Grey's Anatomy actress Sarah Drew and supermodel Karlie Kloss all "liked" the post. Some of Kristen's followers slammed Candace for feeling the need to comment on the post in the first place.

Heres an example of something better than thoughts and prayers. Bravo, @dickssportinggoods for your common sense, humanity, open ears and willingness to change. We need more corporations like you. Thank you Ed Stack, CEO of @dickssportinggoods for protecting our kids.

One user wrote, "I'm all for standing up for what you believe in, but that comment is just petty and condescending. I don't know you or @kristenanniebell personally, but you both seem to be thoughtful individuals. Your comment doesn't reflect that, though. If this is how you spend your energy and use your voice, then I think you need to check your privilege." Another echoed a similar sentiment, "Not everyone has the same beliefs as you, so no… she doesn't need to edit anything. Why don't you focus on your own posts and move along."

This isn't the first time Candace has spoken out about her faith. The star is open about her experience being a Christian in Hollywood and has gained the reputation of speaking out about hot-button issues. "Thank you for standing up in faith," one fan added. "Prayers are powerful and necessary… I'm so happy to know that there are people like you out there that will stand up for what they believe."
