It’s only been three months since Manzo’d With Children’s Lauren Manzo tied the knot to her longtime love, Vito Scalia, but in an exclusive interview with Life & Style the New Jersey native admits she’s already a changed woman.
Before the big day on Saturday, July 18, Lauren vowed to her friends that she’d still be the spontaneous, bar-hopping companion they’d known for years. But as it turns out, marriage has brought out a new side of her. “Literally as soon as I got married it’s like a switch went off. I no longer feel like going out because I need to save money, or you know, do laundry.”

That money they’ve been putting aside will help the newlyweds reach their first milestone: buying a house. Lauren shared the couple has already placed an offer on a house nearby her parents’ Franklin Lakes home, where the newlyweds have been living in the meantime.

Lauren and her mom, Caroline, are best friends, and while it will be an adjustment for the mother-daughter duo to live apart, the reality star dished that Caroline is excited to help out with decorating a new home. And what’s the best way to break in a house? Welcoming a new family member, of course.
“Every now and then I get baby fever!” Lauren spilled, adding that her and Vito have different visions of expanding their family. “I definitely want more than one child. I keep telling Vito if we had a girl and a boy that I would stop, but he’s like, ‘No, we’re having four!’”

Until then, the couple still has a lot to celebrate. Along with viewers, Lauren and Vito will get to relive their wedding day in a special 90-minute season finale of Manzo’d With Children on Bravo airing this Sunday, Nov. 1, at 9pm ET/PT, followed by an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen at 10:30pm ET/PT.
“It was everything I imagined it would be,” Lauren said of her and Vito’s special day. “I didn’t change anything for the cameras. Every single emotion in every moment was real, and I’m so excited for everyone to see it.”
