The Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants kicked off Sunday Night Football last night, but it was Carrie Underwood’s legs that had everyone talking!
Right before kick off, the American Idol alum debuted the new opening for the weekly sporting event.
In the video, Carrie takes the stage as images of football players hit the screen. Wearing a purple tank top and tiny jean shorts, the 30-year-old has no problem flaunting her fit gams — which some say are the best in the biz — while she belts out “Waiting All Day for Sunday Night.”
One Twitter user wrote, “Carrie Underwood’s legs are 10/10. A+.”
A second noted, “I wonder if Carrie Underwood’s legs are insured. They should be.” Another added, “I’m sorry, but Carrie Underwood’s legs are out of this world.”
So how did she likely prep her bod for the big gig?
“Everybody has things they want to look nice for: anniversary, birthday, reunion. I’ll think to myself, Oh, that award show is coming up. Or, I have a photo shoot in four days!” she's said. “It’s nice to set goals.”
And we’re sure she was more than happy with the outcome!
“I love it when I feel good about myself. I’ll look at a photo and think, My arms looks great!—and then I go work out my arms,” shared the songstress, who's married to hockey star Mike Fisher. “Once you’re enjoying things about your body, you realize how much you want to keep them that way or make them better.”
The blond beauty took over singing the iconic tune from co-country star Faith Hill, who performed it for seven seasons.
“To watch Faith do it week after week, to see that hyper for the game, it’s something that’s so cool,” Carrie told the Associated Press after she was chosen to take over in May.
