Carrie Underwood gets a workout every night on stage, but she's revealing the secrets to her tour fitness routine in the November issue of Women's Health magazine.
The 27-year-old country singer credits her trainer, Eve Overland, for helping her stay fit on the road. Together, the women come up with unique workouts that change for different tour stops.

"This morning I was told the equipment at the hotel gym was old and dangerous!" she explained to the magazine. "So we moved the furniture back and did squats, lunges, and crunches." During tour stops in Florida, Carrie ran along the beach.
Most days, the Sound of Music star begins her day with a few minutes on the treadmill. Then she switches into yoga, weights, strength training, and finally cardio. During some exercises, Eve will use a foam roller to help loosen up Carrie's muscles.

But that's not all! The "Before He Cheats" singer also credits healthy eating for giving her energy before shows. She sticks to oatmeal for breakfast and snacks during the day on almonds, baby carrots, and her favorite Kashi cereal. She also loves cheese and black bean quesadillas and veggie burgers.
Despite growing up on a farm in Oklahoma, Carrie says that being around animals every day inspired her vegetarianism: "Animals were my pets, and the thought of eating my pets freaked me out."

Carrie's tour ends in December, after which she looks forward to spending some quality time at home in Nashville. Where there's a workout room, of course.
