Life & Style magazine has learned that Cheryl Burke’s experience working with kids as a coach on Season 7 of Lifetime’s Dance Moms might come in handy soon. In an interview with the mag, she admits she would love to lend her talents to the upcoming spinoff Dancing With the Stars Junior.

“I would love to be a judge,” Cheryl confesses to Life & Style. “I love working with kids. I see myself in them. I started [dancing] when I was 4 years old. So I get it. I come from the original dance mom.”

After 20 seasons on DWTS, it seems Cheryl would be a perfect candidate for the kids version, but if that doesn’t pan out, she’s also up for continuing her Dance Moms run. “I think that Dance Moms is not over,” she says. “I would love to continue working with the girls. I would also love to bring a ballroom dancing aspect to it as well.”
