REPORTChris Brown Being Sued For Child Support by Baby Mama Nia Guzman

Chris Brown is headed back to court.

The "Loyal" singer is being sued by his baby mama, Nia Guzman, for child support… again! The mother of the R&B star's daughter Royalty has filed a new lawsuit in LA now that she's a full-time resident there.

According to Hollywood Life, the model wants an increase on the $2,500 a month she's receiving from the 26-year-old singer.

"Nia is absurd. She’s been living in California for months and has established residency there just so she could take Chris to court in LA for more child support," a source revealed. "Chris continues to flash his gold and diamonds around on Instagram, and him buying a new Ferrari every day infuriates Nia."

Last December, the 23-month-old's mom tried to up her payments to $15,000 in a Houston courtroom, but her request was denied. It looks like she's seeking even more this time around.

"Nia feels like she’s entitled to everything Chris has and she even had the nerve to tell him she’s entitled to half of his earnings from the Royalty album because she feels he’s making money off their daughter’s back," another source added. "Nia has got it in for Chris. She’s using Royalty to take him to the cleaners."

Let's hope the parents can come to an agreement for Royalty's sake! For more cute photos of the little girl, click through the gallery.
