The last video of Cory Monteith — taped on a flight to Vancouver before his July 13 death — has surfaced.
In the eerie 15-second clip, the late Glee star films himself as he gives advice to a fan.
His message? "Stay out of trouble and stay in school," he says to the camera.
Last Saturday, the 31-year-old actor was found dead in his room at Vancouver's Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel from a lethal combination of drugs, including heroin and alcohol. The Canada native, who just completed his second stint in rehab, was in town visiting friends.

Cory had been very vocal about his long battle with drug addiction, admitting he began using drugs at 13 and even dropped out of high school.
Since word of the sad news, many of Cory's co-stars and colleagues have spoken out about his tragic passing.
"Cory had one of the biggest hearts, a real bright life. He was one of those guys. He knew he was berating rarefied air — the gift that this show gave us," his Glee co-star Jane Lynch, who plays Sue Sylvester on the hit fox show.
She added, "He was one of those guys who was always aware that it was a gift. He was quite generous and one of those adventurous types of people who would — he's fly to Mexico, he'd throw parties for his friends."
And co-star Dianna Agron, who played Quinn Fabray, also released a statement.
“I have never lost a friend. In this difficult time, I am leaning on all of the wonderful memories we shared with Cory, how many ways he was able to make us smile," she said.

A source tells Life & Style. "There was no one else for Lea but Cory. She was in love with him."
