Bad news for Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller!
The dance instructor and choreographer, who's known for her "tough love" approach, was indicted on 20 counts of "bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets, and false bankruptcy declarations," according to the United States Attorney's Office.

The 50-year-old is accused of hiding money that she made from TV deals, studio sessions and merchandise sales when she filed a petition to reorganize her studio in 2010.
United States Attorney David J. Hickton alleges that Abby created bank accounts to hide the income, told others to conceal their income from the bankruptcy court and failed to report certain income, which totals approximately $755,492.85.

If found guilty, the Pittsburgh, Pa., native could face up to five years in prison and a fine of $250,000 for EACH of the 20 counts.
Looks like she may face some "tough love" of her own if she gets shipped off to jail!
