Danielle Bregoli, aka the “Cash Me Outside” girl, really seems to be living up to her name, and mom Barbara Ann is paying the price for her daughter’s recent fight.

Shortly after a video surfaced of the mother-daughter duo getting into a physical altercation with one another, the pair is in hot water again after Danielle, 13, got accused of attacking a 27-year-old woman in Florida. But because the Dr. Phil star is just a tween, Barbara Ann is being named in the lawsuit.

According to The Palm Beach Post, a woman named Kimberly Peterson claims to have been verbally attacked and physically assaulted by Danielle on Feb. 26.

The plaintiff is asking for more than $15,000 in damages. Kimberly alleges that while sitting outside a restaurant, Danielle and her “entourage” were engaged in a verbal fight nearby, and when Kimberly suggested she and her friends go home, the attack occurred.

“At that time and place, a verbal altercation ensued, instigated by Bregoli, which led to Peterson being assaulted and repeatedly battered and punched by Bregoli, and those directed by Bregoli, causing serious bodily injury,” the lawsuit says.

Kimberly claimed to have sustained injuries including a broken thumb and broken nose.

However, in a video obtained by TMZ chronicling the incident, no physical altercation can be seen. Barbara Ann and Danielle both maintain their innocence, saying that it’s “another attempt to get a dollar from someone that’s making them.”

We’re sure Danielle’s sudden rise to fame has brought some unwanted attention from people seeking to get a piece of her growing net worth. And with a reality show on the horizon and several music videos under her belt, it’s clear that the middle school dropout is really milking her 15 minutes of fame!
