Longtime loves Derek Jeter and Hannah Davis have officially tied the knot. The two exchanged vows at the Meadowood Napa Valley Resort in St. Helena, Calif., according to Page Six.

The 42-year-old New York Yankees star’s longtime friends and teammates Jorge Posada, Andruw Jones, and Tino Martinez attended the ceremony, and Hannah, 26, was joined by several Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue friends.

The pair, who dated for three years before announcing their engagement in October 2015, are reportedly eager to start a family of their own.

“The wedding will be in Napa followed by a three-week honeymoon in Europe,” an insider revealed just weeks before their nuptials. “Then they want to start a family and have kids right away.”
