Who thought this was a good idea?
Designer Claudio Cutugno recently sparked outrage when he had his models walk the runway wearing glittery blackface during Milan Fashion Week.

Though once a widely used 19th century practice to portray black characters in American theater (so more than 100 years ago), it is now considered extremely offensive to the black community.
Cutugno has yet to comment on the controversy, but according to the 'Daily Mail, the sparkly makeup was supposed to look like bees swarming the models' faces. Yeah, we're not getting that at all.

Overall, 2015 has been a weird year for fashion. Remember the whole penises on the runway incident during Paris Fashion Week last month?
