He was lewd, crude and awesome — but don't expect Seth MacFarlane to host the Academy Awards again anytime soon!
After a fan reached out to the Family Guy creator on Twitter asking, "Would you host the #Oscars again if asked?"
The 39-year-old replied, "No way. Lotta fun to have done it, though."
Perhaps it was all the environment that got to him.
Hours later, the comedian Tweeted, "The Oscars is basically the Kobayashi Maru test." The Kobayashi Maru is a test in the fictional Star Trek universe — hence William Shatner's Captain Kirk showing up in Seth's opening. Star Trek fans usually use the term to describe a no-win scenario.

On Sunday, the Ted writer took to the stage with many one-liners that rubbed some people the wrong way.
"This is a story about a man fighting to get back his woman who has been subjected to unspeakable violence. Or as Chris Brown and Rihanna call it, a date movie," he said during the telecast referring to Django Unchained.
And, of course, it didn't stop there.

"Rex Reed will be out here to review Adele's performance of 'Skyfall'," he said following the singer's rendition of the award-winning Bond theme song. Rex is the critic who likened Melissa McCarthy in her film Identity Thief to a "female hippo" earlier this month.
