Chelsea Handler and hotelier André Balazs have called it quits for the second time.

Sources confirm to Life & Style that the pair are no longer together.

“He’s been telling his friends they’re done,” an insider tells Life & Style. “They’re definitely over.”

A second insider confirms the pair ended things recently, adding, “Chelsea stopped wearing the vintage compass necklace André gave her.”

But the businessman, who’s dad to two kids, isn’t acting devastated about the parting. An eyewitness tells Life & Style that he was out and about having a good time in NYC this week.

“He attended the Hugo Boss event in NYC last night,” says the onlooker. “He was mingling and hanging with his guy friends.”

The duo first split in November 2011 after less than a year of dating. They rekindled their romance in February 2012.

Their recent breakup comes six months after the Chelsea Lately host said she loved André on Oprah’s Next Chapter.

“I’ve met my match. We couldn’t be more opposite. I bring out the stupidity in him probably,” she told Oprah. “We were talking about living our lives together, my boyfriend and I. We’ve broken up a couple of times and gotten back together, and we’re trying to figure out how to live a life together.”

But she did admit that the couple faced a big issue: a long-distance relationship. Chelsea, 38, is primarily based in LA while André, 56, owns hotels across the globe.

“It’s just so hard, and it’s just so taxing,” she said. “But when you really want to be with someone, you can make that work — but you don’t want it to be uneven.”
