Just six weeks after welcoming her darling baby girl Rainbow Aurora, Holly Madison's body is back in a bikini and she's ready to show the world her 30-pound weight loss.
 
At an exclusive April 18 poolside photo shoot to appear in next week’s issue of Life & Style, the former Girl Next Door, 33, reveals how she was able to drop the pounds so quickly.

"I was surprised by how much weight I gained," Holly tells Life & Style. "I was a little worried about wearing a bikini, but I feel surprisingly good!"
 
Along with focusing on intense cardio, Holly has relied on a strict diet to whip her back into shape.
 
Though Holly – who gained 40 pounds during her pregnancy – admits she still has more to lose (“My ideal weight is 110 pounds,” she says), she’s happy with the way she looks now.
 
“Who cares if I still need to lose 10 pounds? I’ve been really healthy and done the best I could,” says the now-svelte size 2 reality star, who went from 150 pounds to 120. “I’m really proud of how I look right now!”
 
Holly and fiancĂ© Pasquale Rotella, 38, welcomed their little girl on March 5. "Having a child changes your perspective," the Peepshow star tells Life & Style. "You want to do things that will make them proud of you.”
