Jennifer Love Hewitt talked to Life & Style about how she's keeping in shape during her pregnancy.


Jennifer Love Hewitt may be nearly seven months pregnant, but she isn’t worried about giving in to constant cravings!

The mom-to-be tells Life & Style that she's keeping the baby weight at bay with help from the trainers at Sandy Campy Fitness.

“We’ve been working really hard,” Jennifer tells the new issue of Life & Style, adding she is breaking a sweat five to six times per week during her pregnancy!

The 34-year-old actress, who is expecting with fiancé and Client List co-star Brian Hallisay, explains “We’ve been doing yoga. We’ve been doing a little bit of Pilates,” adding that she’s also “been doing lots of cardio and tons and tons of swimming.”

Though she has a strict workout plan to keep her figure, Jennifer admits that post-baby, she is in no rush to shed the excess weight.

“I'm going to wait. They say wait six to eight weeks after having the baby, just to sort of let your body settle back into whatever it's going to be, and then worry about it,” she tells Life & Style. “It'll happen when it's supposed to happen. The priority first is baby.”
