It’s hard to believe that fit mom and Dancing With the Stars contestant Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is the same woman who was once falling-down drunk on MTV’s Jersey Shore. The former party girl opened up to Life & Style about her weight loss. The key to losing a third of her body weight? Giving up the empty calories in alcohol. “I don’t drink anymore.” The slimmed-down celeb told the mag she began strength training five times a week for an hour and a half with trainer Anthony Michael, adding cardio on her own by running or taking spin classes at Flywheel or SoulCycle.
