This is how an Instagram post from a year ago can come back to bite you in the a--.
British fitness blogger, Abby Pell, is the latest target of Internet haters — and it's all over a photo the 33-year-old shared in February 2014.

So why is the year-old image causing such a stir now? It resurfaced after Pell placed fourth in a recent women's bodybuilding competition.
One commenter wrote of the message, "This is fat shaming, pure and simple. Exploiting your motherhood to show off is despicable and shameless," while another said, "This is so demeaning— I bet she doesn’t have to work for a living."
"I don’t want to make other women feel bad about themselves," Pell said of the backlash in a lengthy post on Facebook. "I want them to look at me and think, if she can do it so can I."
