‘Floribama Shore’ Star Kayla Jo Is Secretly Married and Pregnant — and We’re Shook to the Core
You guys might wanna sit down for this. Kayla Jo (you know, Jeremiah Buoni’s love interest on MTV’s Floribama Shore) is not only secretly married, but she’s also pregnant. In screenshots posted on Wednesday, Dec. 6, by The Morning Breath’s Instagram page, the Florida native is seen celebrating her new husband and upcoming bundle of joy — just months after the unofficial Floribama Shore cast member and Jeremiah enjoyed a summer fling in Panama City Beach, FL.
In the first pic, Kayla — clad in a wedding gown — kisses her handsome hubby, Mr. Renihan (as of now, we don’t know his first name but his Instagram handle is @jmreni). “I love you @jmreni,” she captioned the photo. “You are and will always be my greatest blessing!!”
In another post, Kayla shared a pic of an excited little boy named Peyton (who may or may not belong to her, but most likely belongs to @jmreni), accompanied by the news that she is expecting a baby girl. “‘Falling’ in love with our Family of Four,” she wrote. “Peyton can’t wait for his new sister, Reese Blair Renihan!”
The revelation of Kayla’s new life as a wife and mom-to-be is a stark contrast to the party girl persona she’s presented on Floribama Shore. On the most recent episode of the Jersey Shore spinoff, fans saw the self-proclaimed Wiccan butt heads with series star Nilsa Prowant and “hunch” (the Florida Panhandle’s answer to Jersey’s “smush”) Jeremiah after a wild night of drinking.
In an exclusive interview with Life & Style, Jeremiah revealed that his romance with Kayla eventually fizzled because of the discord caused by her feud with Nilsa. “Unfortunately, things with Kayla Jo — we’re still talking,” he said, “but I feel like the whole situation kind of put a damper on things.”
We can’t help but wonder if Jeremiah congratulated Kayla on her two major life milestones. Kayla’s nemesis Nilsa probably hasn’t. The makeup enthusiast — who was hurt after Jeremiah chose to pursue Kayla, and ignore her flirtatious advances — commented on The Morning Breath’s post, asking, “Too soon maybe?”
