If you’re struggling to get to the gym during the holidays, Arat Hosseini is the only inspiration you need. The four-year-old is already sporting a six-pack — and it’s thanks to his fun workouts with his dad.

The fit tot, who lives in Iran, has almost one million followers on Instagram and is known as Spider-Boy on social media thanks to his physical skills. So while you can barely do a sit-up, Arat is channeling his inner Jean-Claude Van Damme. Watch the video below to see Arat (and his abs) in action!

However, fans shouldn’t think that he is overtrained. According to his parents, Mohamad and Fatemeh, he only practices for 10 to 20 minutes a day. ‘One day when I returned home from work and put my finger in Arat’s hand, he got up slowly and, gripping my finger very tightly, pulled his legs off the ground,” Mohamad told The Daily Mail. “At that time I noticed the strength and power Arat had and was very surprised. Arat’s favorite trick is performing a backward somersault.

He continued, “All the videos on our Instagram page show the first or second time he has performed a trick. Usually, he can do it easily after 10 minutes of practice.”

From simple push-ups to more complex stunts like climbing up walls or stairs using just his body, Arat is definitely destined for greatness. “Arat is an extra special person and in sport he will be unattainable — he will succeed,’ his proud father added. “My wish is that Arat finds a lot of good friends in the world. Success is our goal and we can finish.”

And his followers agree. Woww good job Arat. Healthy life happy life,” one fan wrote before another added, “He is a beast already.” Keep up the good work Arat… we’ll be heading to the gym now.
