What’s a gal to do after making nearly everyone weep at the Grammys Sunday night?
Sweat it out with a spin class!
Life & Style can reveal Madonna did just that at Cycle House LA on Monday afternoon.
“She went for a bike in the far corner, so she was secluded,” a fellow gym-goer tells Life & Style.
The Grammys 41 Golden Couples — Who Shared the Sweetest Onscreen Moment?
“Two brunette females, who seemed to be her trainers, followed and rode bikes next to her on each side. They helped her prep for the class.”
It turns out the Material Girl had a bit of an issue – her shoes were too small!
So, naturally, the staff rushed to get her a pair of new kicks and helped lock her feet into the pedals.
In black spandex capri pants, a matching short sleeve shirt and cycling gloves, the mom-of-four went right to work.
“She warmed up and was completely focused on her workout as soon as it started,” the onlooker tells the mag.
“She non-stop cycled throughout the entire class at her own pace. Even at 55, she had just as much energy as any of the younger people!”
When the instructor told everyone to get their five-pound weights out halfway through the class, the legendary songstress was eager to move her muscles.

“She did everything the teacher urged the class to do — and even continued to use them after everyone put them away,” notes the observer.
As the class came to its end, everyone began stretching, but Madge kept on cycling.
Once finished, she asked her two partners to ensure a safe exit, as she did not want to be seen by photographers.
“As soon as her trainers came back to let her know the coast was clear, she ran out as fast as she could!” the onlooker tells Life & Style.
(That didn't necessarily go as planned — see picture above.)
The sweat sesh comes one day after the singer performed at the wedding of 33 couples at the Grammys.
In case you missed it, right after Macklemore & Ryan Lewis performed their gay rights anthem “Same Love,” Queen Latifah appeared and officiated the nuptials, which took place right in the audience.
Then — almost like a dream — Madonna hit the stage (watch below) and performed “Open Your Heart” as the 66 people celebrated with the celebrities in the crowd.
And how did she prep for her big bit at the show?
She was spotted at the same Cycle House earlier that day with 17-year-old daughter Lourdes in tow!
