Out with the old and in with the new! Mama June Shannon has found love again after splitting from Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson — and the mother-of-four is so smitten with her new boyfriend, construction worker Geno Doak, that she’s not only introduced him to her children, but to viewers of Mama June: From Not to Hot as well!

Though this is the first time fans have heard about the lovebirds, June told E! News that they were introduced through mutual friends, and they actually dated back in 2015. “Geno knew me when I was heavy and I really think that he’s here for the right reasons,” June said on the Season 2 premiere. “I think he likes me for me — not for the [fame] or me being skinny.” Though things ended up fizzling out then, the two rekindled their romance sometime last year and have been going strong ever since.

“My favorite thing about June is that she’s a real mother f–ker. What you see is what you get,” Geno declared. “June is cool. I love her.” That love is certainly reciprocated, as the 38-year-old reality star confessed to Life & Style that she’s already thinking about marriage! “For the first time in my life, I would say the [m-word] and Mama June in the same sentence — but a piece of paper isn’t going to change my love for him and it wouldn’t, ever,” she shared. “Nowadays, you don’t have to get married to show that you love somebody. A piece of paper doesn’t show that.”

According to Radar Online, Geno has two daughters of his own, so it wasn’t too difficult for him to receive the seal of approval from 12-year-old Alana. “I feel very happy because I’ve never seen her smile this much, I swear — ever in her life,” she gushed to Life & Style. “She’s always grinning. Always grinning. She always says it’s the little things that matter and he does the little things.”

Among those little things is helping June adjust to life as a single mom, as Alana recently told In Touch that ever since her father remarried, she only hears from Sugar Bear about once a week. “[Geno] came into our lives when we needed someone to show that men are not all bad,” June shared. “He’s really stepped up and helped out with the kids and me.” Sounds like she’s finally found Mr. Right!
