Since January, Giuliana Rancic has been hit by a constant wave of criticism over her extremely thin body. Although she's remained silent these last few months, the 40-year-old is finally addressing the increased attention, which she claims has "gotten out of hand."
Not only does the mother-of-one have to deal with "hurtful" online comments — "I'm sorry that some people think I'm disgustingly skinny, as they put it, but there's nothing I can do" — she's also had trouble accepting the changes herself.

"I look in the mirror and it's hard for me," she confesses to 'People' magazine. "I am really thin. I want to look fit and beautiful and sexy, and I can't."
In regards to her appearance at the Golden Globes on Jan. 11, "Some people were saying, 'The cancer is probably back,'" Giuliana, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011, says.
"And they were accusing me of every eating disorder. I thought to myself, 'God, if someone really thought I had an eating disorder, what a horrible way to approach it.'"

The E! News correspondent admits that although she eats more than any of her friends, the cancer-suppressing medication she's been taking since 2012 has taken a major toll on her body.
"I started noticing that I was eating a lot, but not gaining weight at all," Giuliana tells 'People.' "I was concerned."
