It was one of the most intense weeks of her life, and now Halle Berry is ready to move on.
After her ex Gabriel Aubry got into an altercation with her fiancé, Olivier Martinez, on Thanksgiving morning, the trio have settled the dispute.
“The parties have reached an amicable agreement,” Halle’s attorney Blair Berk informed the public following the hearing yesterday. “There will be no further statements regarding this matter.”
On Nov. 22, Gabriel dropped off his and Halle’s daughter, Nahla, to Halle’s Hollywood Hills home — which she has since put up for sale — when he got into a fistfight with Olivier.

Though the male model suffered bruises to the face, he was the one who got arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery.
The 46-year-old actress immediately filed and was granted a temporary emergency protective order against Gabriel, which prevented him from coming within 100 yards of Halle, Olivier, and Nahla. Gabriel followed suit and obtained a restraining order against Olivier.
Gabriel, 36, alleges that Olivier, 46, told him to tell the judge in the former couple’s child custody case that “you’re going to Paris or I’m going to kill you.”

Earlier this month, a judge denied the “Cloud Atlas” star’s request to move her daughter to France — Olivier’s native country.
