The 33-year-old's body was in unbelievable shape, fitting perfectly into her Givenchy Haute Couture gown's tight silhouette. So how did the mother-of-one get ready carpet ready?! By sticking to the 22-Day Revolution, a whole-food, plant-based diet she's become obsessed with.

The nutritionist behind the regimen, Marco Borge, just released his first book about the plan, which features a forward by Queen Bey herself. "The truth is that if a Houston-born foodie like me can do it, you can too. You just need to try it for 22 days," Beyoncé writes.
Participants are banned from eating meat, eggs, dairy, alcohol and processed foods for 22 days, or the length of time it takes to build new food habits.

Since first starting the 'Revolution' in November 2013, the singer claims she's dropped 65 pounds after years of "silently sabotaging" her health.
"After having my daughter [in 2013], I made a conscious effort to regain control of my health and my body," Beyoncé writes. "But I didn’t want to do a crash diet. I was a mom now. I needed to change my ways and set an example for my child."

The Grammy winner is such a huge fan of the diet that she teamed up with Borge to launch the food delivery service 22 Days Nutrition, which is based off the popular plan.

Here's the five core principles you should remember if you're interested in trying 22-Day Revolution: choose plant-based over processed, eat three mindful meals a day, aim for 80 percent carbohydrates, 10 percent fat and 10 percent protein, exercise for 30 minutes each day and drink plenty of water.
