Hilary Duff Spotted on Vacation With Boyfriend Amid Rape Allegations Against Ex Mike Comrie
Hilary Duff is staying far away from her ex-husband Mike Comrie's legal drama — instead enjoying a vacation with new boyfriend Matthew Koma.
The couple, who celebrated Valentine’s Day in Costa Rica, looks happier than ever amidst the troubling rape allegations against the former hockey player.

Though the blonde beauty, 29, has yet to share any snaps from the romantic getaway, her beau took to Instagram to share polaroids from the beach holiday.
“2-14-17,” he captioned the adorable post. “Take good care of her Matthew,” one fan wrote in the comments. “You look so happy.”
The duo has had a relatively low-key relationship so far, but recently made their first public appearance together at a pre-SAG Awards party on Jan. 28. And while Hil seems head-over-heels, we’re sure news of the allegations against her ex did not go over well.

TMZ reported on Wednesday, Feb. 15, that Mike is being investigated by police after an unidentified woman claims he raped her multiple times at his LA condo. Though the former athlete says the sexual encounter was consensual, the woman allegedly rushed herself to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to get a rape kit.
Hilary and Mike ended their five year marriage in 2015, and have been co-parenting son Luca ever since. The exes have worked hard to remain on good terms for the sake of their child, and most recently spent the holidays together.
Just one month ago, the Lizzie McGuire alum opened up about their current relationship. "Mike’s amazing," she told Cosmopolitan. "We’re so ingrained in each other’s lives. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to co-parent with. We are really good friends and care a lot about each other."
