Hilary Duff and her estranged husband Mike Comrie's divorce has hit a big bump in the road.
Last week, the retired hockey player filed a response to the actress' divorce petition and asked for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's three-year-old son, Luca. He also requested their assets and property be divided based on their prenuptial agreement.

When Hilary officially filed for divorce in February, she requested primary custody of her only child with visitation rights for Mike.
The pair have remained relatively friendly since their split early last year, but this disagreement could threaten the duo's current dynamic.

At the beginning of April, Hilary explained to 'People,' "We are a unit and we're going to be a unit for the rest of our lives. We realized [as a couple] we weren't where we used to be. But I feel so lucky this happened when Luca was young because this is his normal now."
The 'Younger' star and Mike dated for three years before tying the knot in August 2010.
