Holly Madison is embracing her post-baby body.
After making her first red carpet appearance since welcoming her daughter Rainbow on March 5, the 33-year-old reveals how she's dressing her new figure.
“How do I hide my leftover preggo belly for the red carpet?” the former Girls Next Door star shares about her look in Las Vegas on March 24. “Combine all my favorite slimming tips: a high waist, a flared skirt, and a wide belt.”

She adds, “Put those elements in your outfit (Spanx don’t hurt either!) and the pounds disappear for the night!"
While she is proud of her current appearance, the blond bombshell does have plans to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight of 110 pounds.
“Sure, as anyone would, I hope to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, in a healthy way, as soon as possible,” she says. “But I don’t want the first post-pregnancy pics anyone sees of me to be miraculously skinny, either.”
Holly admits, “I think it’s discouraging to moms to see these ‘overnight’ transformations without any sense of how these women got there.”

As she recently told Life & Style, Holly is hoping to lose the weight in six weeks.
“Right now, I’m just concentrating on healing and eating healthy,” says Holly, who gained 40 pounds during her pregnancy with Rainbow. “I had my placenta turned into pills. My baby nurse said it would help me recover faster and get back on my feet.”
