<p><span></span><strong>Britney Spears</strong>' Circus tour is on hiatus until November, but the pop star clearly hasn't put her body-shaping regimen on hold. "She looked fabulous," says an eyewitness who saw Britney with her boys, dad Jamie and her on-again beau, <strong>Jason Trawick</strong>, at the Tides Zihuatanejo hotel in Mexico on Oct. 18. "She looked very toned and very, very fit."</p>
But there's more behind her body than a workout routine. Britney, 27, is also finally in a stress-free place in her life -- and making time for herself. "Britney was sleeping only two to four hours a night for the longest time, but she's gotten that under control," says an insider. "Now she's getting eight hours a night -- and is drinking a ton of water and eating three normal meals a day."
So normal that she doesn't even have to deprive herself. "Britney still eats cheese grits for breakfast, but she does it in moderation," says the insider, who adds that barbecue chicken, sweet potatoes and spinach salad are also part of the menu. "She drinks protein shakes and snacks on the dried fruit and nuts from Starbucks with her coffee."
