NBC's hit show The Voice is well into it's 14th season, and after last night's knockout round, it's clear all the judges want to take home the top prize. But Blake Shelton is gonna be tough to beat. The 41-year-old already has six wins under his belt — yes, six! — and in the seasons where Blake didn't have a winner, the runner-up was on his team six out of seven times. Clearly, this dude knows what he's doing. Of course, America votes for the ultimate winner, but we think there's something about Gwen Stefani's main squeeze and his relationship with the contestants that has voters on his side.

Maybe it's his southern charm, but Blake comes across as more than just a mentor to the artists on his team; he's their friend. And although he's certainly not one to brag about being an expert in the biz — unless he's talking to fellow coach/rival Adam Levine! — he's knowledgeable and invested in what he does. Then again, he's also chosen some killer talent.

In an interview with Live With Kelly and Ryan in November, Blake opened up about his secret to winning. "Cheating!" he joked. "I've been there long enough to know what the little loopholes are." He added, "I've had a lot of luck with country singers, to be honest. But really I've had soul, I've had rock, but it's mostly been country singers. And I think America, they can see when you have an actual real bond with somebody on your team; people connect to that." He also said that the country fanbase is loyal AF.

Plus, we know there's at least one person who's got his vote every time — Gwen! It's hard to believe that it's already been nearly three years since the duo started dating, and it's nice to know that the couple is still very much in love. The former Voice coach and her sons spent their spring break with Blake at his home in Oklahoma, and the country crooner took to Instagram on Saturday, April 7 to publicly gush over his girlfriend.

"Hey [Gwen] it's official… with your arrowhead finding eye you are now an adopted Okie!!! Side note: I love you pretty girl…" he wrote in the caption of a rather impressive arrowhead collection.

And Gwen is just as head over heels for the country star — and talks about marrying him all the time. "The kids love him. We love him. Everybody loves him," she said. "He is lovable!" So cute!

The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
