"I've a gotten a few [girls slipping me their phone numbers], but I've yet to call," the 19-year-old told Life & Style at the movie's premiere in LA on March 12.
But, ladies, he just might.
"I don't think anybody else calls [fans who give them a phone number], but I want to call," he says.
At the premiere's afterparty, he was spotted giving fans a lot of attention! "Alexander was taking photos with a long line of teenage-girl fans," an eyewitness tells Life & Style. "He was very engaging with them and loved the attention."
Alexander, who plays Cato and stars alongside Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth, also revealed to Life & Style his feelings about being part of such a massive movie.
"It's insane, and it's an unbelievably flattering opportunity to be here," he tells Life & Style.
Although currently single, in 2008 the Canada native was rumored to be dating his Race to Witch Mountain co-star AnnaSophia Robb, who just scored the coveted role of a young Carrie Bradshaw in the Sex and the City prequel, The Carrie Diaries.
Regardless of Alexander's relationship status, we know one thing is for sure: When it comes to The Hunger Games, we can't wait for its release in eight days!
