Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed Are Fighting Over Having Baby - Life & Style

Newly weds Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed are through with their honeymoon phase and are ready to start a family – well, at least Ian is.

Sources have told Life & Style Weekly that the 36-year-old really wants to start having kids, but his wife just isn't ready – which has been causing some serious fights lately.

"[He] has really been pushing Nikki to start a family," an insider says. "She feels she's just not ready yet, and that's put a tremendous strain on their marriage."

"She wants to focus on her work for animal rights causes," they said. "Ian supports her, but he thinks it's the right time for a baby."
