“It’s very healthy, but she’ll need to make sure she’s meeting her postnatal calcium needs,” says nutritionist Keri Glassman, who has never treated the actress.

Throughout her pregnancy, Jess did prenatal yoga and hiked, but post-baby, she’ll add running and strength training.

“She incorporates a lot of variety into her workouts, which is important to help re-tone postnatal,” says Glassman. “If she’s diligent, the weight will probably be gone by 12 weeks or so.”
