It’s the reason there are always tissues next to your couch, the reason your eyes are constantly red and puffy, and the reason people can’t come over on Tuesday nights unless they’re also diehard fans. You guessed it, I’m talking about This Is Us. The wildly successful show has been giving non-viewers some serious FOMO, which is why many are wondering — is This Is Us on Netflix?

Unfortunately, you won’t be Netflix and chillin’ with this show anytime soon. Instead, you can binge-watch episodes on their rival, Hulu. The service — which now offers a live television feature — is up-to-date with the most recent episodes for your viewing pleasure. That means you can catch up, rewatch, or have yourself a big ole’ cry whenever and wherever you want — as long as you have a Hulu subscription. Or, you know, your ex-boyfriend’s password.

As with most things, Twitter users aren’t afraid to tell the streaming service how they feel. “@netflix can you please include the series THIS IS US!!! please!!!! THANK YOU!” one person wrote. Another added, “They should put This Is Us on Nextflix,” and a third chimed in, “This is Us isn’t on Netflix ?.”

With that said, there is a way to watch on Netflix that requires a bit of effort. Remember back in the day when they were a rental DVD service? Well, that option is still available. Believe it or not, though, you’ll actually have to shell out additional bucks for the ancient technology — a whopping $7.99 more a month to have those DVDs at your fingertips. Don’t forget, you’ll also have to wait for them in the mail and then return them. Ugh.

Give the people what they want, Netflix! Hint: It doesn’t include DVDs.
