She is putting an end to this once and for all! In an exclusive interview with Life &Style, singer Isabelle — who recently performed at Amber Rose's SlutWalk and was also a contestant on American Idol — revealed how passionate she feels about body confidence, which was a big inspiration behind her latest single "Unlabeled."
When asked what she would say to fans who feel uncomfortable in their own skin, Isabelle — who has also been part of The Ashley Graham Project — replied with, "I think, 'Just look in the mirror and try to figure out the good things about yourself.' I think the first thing we do when we look in the mirror, the first thing we do on Instagram, even Facebook Live, we take a look at ourselves like, 'How do we look?' I think sometimes we're just really quick to judge and say, 'I look terrible. I'm this. My hair is that.' Just try your best to own who you are and love who you are. I think so many people out there don't really know what their gifts are and what makes them special. I think that's something we all need to focus on a little more."

The blonde beauty went on to open up about her singe "Unlabeled" and explained, "I wrote when I moved to LA about two years ago. I wrote the song — I was just really frustrated with the industry and being a singer and having to be fitting in this box. I was like, 'I'm going to write a song that talks about, I am good just the way I am and I'm comfortable with myself.'"
"We wrote the song and then about a year later, we were like, 'I think it needs to have a video.' So many people told me, 'Don't do a video,' because I'm an independent artist, and they usually say if you don't have a huge budget for those things — but we went for it and it came out great. It's really my anthem, to be honest. All my life I've struggled with my weight. Up and down, being a bigger girl who sang, and now it's really about — I'm at this point where I'm like, 'I'm just going to celebrate it and be happy the way I am.'"
