Jaimi King’s Rose Can Go Either Way on ‘Bachelor in Paradise’
One of the last contestants to head down to Mexico for this season of Bachelor in Paradise is Jaimi King. Fans will remember Jaimi as the openly bisexual beauty from Nick Viall‘s season of The Bachelor and she will seemingly be the first to give her rose to her choice of a woman or a man on the reality dating competition.
Previously, she admitted that during her time on The Bachelor Nick was very open about her sexuality, saying, “Nick was really receptive to my past relationship with my ex-girlfriend… It felt good to kind of set the stage for the rest of my time here.” And it looks like contestants are welcoming her with open arms on BiP.
But there’s more to the 29-year-old than her sexual orientation. Here is everything you need to know about Jaimi:
She’s a chef.
The New Orleans native can throw down in the kitchen — and has a sweet tooth. She has an Instagram account dedicated to her cake creations (@mskingcakes) and she has even catered the Oscars, which she deemed her greatest achievement. However, when it comes to her diet she sticks to “Pesco-pollo-lacto-ovo-paro-tarian. Just fish + bird, plus byproducts.”
She loves tattoos.
Jaimi is the proud owner of six tattoos, which she broke down on her ABC bio. Along with “Forever Smiles” on her wrists, she has “To Die For” inked on her side, a heart-shaped grenade on her lower back, a symbol of her initials, a heart and the number five on her right lower abdomen.
She loves embarrassing her little brother.
Just like any big sister, she loves bragging about her little brother on social media. “This is how my brother smiles, so this is how I smile too. #missingmybiglittlebro #dontkillmeforpostingthis #iloveyou,” she captioned a selfie with her bro.
She was not a fan of Nick Viall’s kissing.
You can’t say Jaimi is not honest. She opened up about her experience on the reality dating competition and revealed she was not impressed with Nick’s kissing skills. “Sorry, Nick! It was like a 3,” she rated his smooches on a scale of 1 to 10. She also dished that he was intimidated by her nose ring. “I think Nick was probably a little scared or turned off by my nose ring. Sometimes with kids, I do a little magic trick with my nose ring, where I hide it and then I reveal it to them, and they love it,” she added. Ouch.
She’s the queen of Mardi Gras
We expect nothing less from the Louisiana native. “I love Mardi Gras, but I’m kinda glad it’s over. There’s a reason why it only comes around once a year,” she wrote alongside a photo from this year’s festival.
