You wouldn't exactly expect Jason Mesnick — the former Bachelor
who dumped his winning woman in favor of his runner-up — to have one of the show's most successful relationships, but he has defied the odds. Yes, despite "pulling a Mesnick," all of the drama with ex Melissa Rycroft is practically ancient history now that he has settled down with wife Molly (née Molly Malaney). In fact, they just celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary on Feb. 28!

In the years since their 2010 wedding — a wedding televised in a two-hour ABC special, naturally — Jason and Molly have welcomed daughter Riley Anne, who's about to turn 5. Along with Ty, Jason's son from his first marriage, the family of four has put down roots in Kirkland, WA, a city in the suburbs of Seattle.

Yep, unlike other Bachelor couples, Jason and Molly have left showbiz behind. In fact, in his Good Morning America interview alongside other former Bachelor last year, Jason credited their lasting relationship to their decision to leave the spotlight. "The most famous person in Seattle is our weatherman, so nobody's following people around," he quipped.

With the bright lights of Hollywood behind them, Jason has returned to the real estate biz. (His Northwest Group Real Estate bio even mentions his stint as the Bachelor and tells prospective clients, "If you have a fun love story, Jason would love to hear it!") Meanwhile, Molly is one half of the "Bender & Molly in the Morning" show on 106.1 KISS FM Seattle.

Suffice it to say, they're far removed from the drama of 2009, when Jason broke up with Melissa, his Bachelor Season 13 winner, and made Molly's dreams come true. "Everything is amazing now," Jason told HuffPost last year. "We have a beautiful baby, and Ty is great. Molly and I are great. When you have a great marriage and a beautiful child that comes from it, it's hard to have any regrets about where we stand now."

And don't feel too bad for Melissa. She has found love (and welcomed three kids) with her husband of eight years, Tye Strickland. See? Everyone got a happy ending.
