Jen Aniston's nutritionist reveals the star's secret for staying thin

Almost 17 years after her Friends debut, Jennifer Aniston looks as good as ever! Her nutritionist and founder of meal-delivery service Diet Designs, Carrie Wiatt, now reveals for the first time to Life & Style how Jen does it!

The secret lies in Jen's portion-controlled meals. "[Jen's agent] was positive she would land more roles if she could lose weight," Wiatt tells Life & Style. So she created a plan that delivered meals directly to Jen. "Her role on Friends came shortly after," Carrie tells Life & Style. Jen says she sticks to a balanced menu, but she won't give up must haves like dairy and wine. "I eat really well and work out, but I also indulge when I want to," Jen has said. "I don't starve myself in an extremist way."

But it wasn't until she met Wiatt, who got her on track with her food-delivery service -- which emphasizes proper portions and nutrient-dense foods to keep the star feeling full -- that she became an expert eater. "For Jennifer, the key was high protein and low carbs, with plenty of vegetables and fruit and no processed foods," says Wiatt. "It's an understatement to say Jen has maintained her weight beautifully," says Wiatt.
