Jenna Dewan-Tatum’s Post-Baby Body Didn’t Come Easily — “It’s So Hard!”
Jenna Dewan-Tatum was one of those celebrities whose body appeared to bounce back post-baby. But according to the actress/dancer, it wasn’t like that at all!
“I work out with Jen Johnson, this trainer that I’ve worked out with forever who does a dance-based training,” she shared. “It’s awesome. It’s so hard. Everyone I brought to it says it’s the hardest workout they’ve ever done.”

But what’s even tougher: keeping up with 19-month-old Everly, her daughter with husband Channing Tatum!
“When I can’t [do dance training], I’m literally running around chasing Everly and that is my workout,” she told People magazine.
“When you have [a daughter] who wants to do nothing but run and dance…you are just running after her making sure she is not hitting her head on everything.”

The ‘Witches of East End’ star previously credited a vegan diet as her way of maintaining a flawless figure.
“After going vegan, I felt so much better,” Jenna told Natural Health this past summer. “My skin cleared up, I had a ton more energy and I just felt clearer in the head.”
We’re willing to give it a try given how FAN-FREAKIN’-TASTIC the 34-year-old looks! Not sure how long we’ll last though…
