Think Jennifer Aniston looks great for 45? Don't you dare tell her that!
The actress revealed in a new interview she's learned to embrace each passing year, but she gets irritated when people throw her the "for your age" line.
"Your age always has to be mentioned and men don't really get that for some reason," the beautiful star said about ageism in Hollywood. "It's not like you see Joe Schmo, 37."
Jen, who's engaged to Justin Theroux, also explained why women and men are overall in better shape now compared to one generation ago.
"Women and men today in their 40s are so much healthier than they were 30 years ago in their 40. It was a different time," she shared.
As the spokesperson for Smartwater and natural skincare company Aveeno, the Friends alum keeps a very close eye on how she treats her body inside and out.
"We know how to take care of ourselves," she told WWD.
"We know what to put in our bodies to fuel us that's healthy and organic and not processed, and the importance of drinking water and cutting out sugars and bad fats. Before we just didn't know that, and we didn't have the technology with skin care that we have today."

The Aveeno brand ambassador takes her beauty regimen seriously -- and loves to share her secrets to help educate consumers.
So how does the stunner get her hair so shiny? Her skin so youthful? Her body so fit?
"The simpler the better!" she says in a new interview with E! News.
"I always like to read labels so I know what's going into our food and what's going into our bodies. I thought it was really fun to see what's going into our skin."
And that's why she firmly believes in Aveeno's message.
"It's also accessible, it's affordable, it's not in a big fancy battle," the star says.
She also told the outlet cucumbers are great to get rid of bags under the eyes, "but so are tea bags. Chamomile tea bags are really good. I also try not to eat salt."
Last week, Jen admitted her fiance often tries to steal her Aveeno products to use on his skin!
"It's hysterical. What product doesn't he try to hijack?" the actress laughed. "He's good to his skin, that's for sure. It's always, 'what are you using, what is that?' It's cute."
We guess they have a new motto: The couple who take care of their skin together, stay together!
