Life & Style has learned that the messy court battle over the will of Jennifer Aniston’s late mom, Nancy Dow, has finally been resolved.

As we previously reported, Jen’s half-brother John Melick had accused his daughter Eilish, 22, of having Nancy amend her will in 2015 to eliminate him after a 2011 draft left him $100,000. (Jen, 48, who was estranged from Nancy on and off for 20 years, wasn’t left any money and wasn’t officially part of the lawsuit.)

Now, Life & Style can confirm that the suit has been settled. “Eilish gets [Nancy’s] condo in North Hollywood,” says the insider, “and she agreed to give her dad and brother more money.”

Everyone is content — except Jen. “She hates,” says a family insider, “that her family feud is now public record.”

And Jen, who bankrolled the legal costs of her half-brother as he battled his daughter over Nancy’s estate, is “furious with her niece for everything she put Jen’s brother through,” adds the insider.
